Anne Smith

Anne has managed hosts of projects for the Group, her own firm (JA Smith Research & Consulting), Concordia College and Alberta Career Development & Employment. She is previously managed the Central Alberta Career Prep research project. Additionally, Anne has acted as Director of Equity Initiatives within Alberta Career Development & Employment. She is known for her expertise in policy development for the provincial government; she is regularly called upon to help Alberta Employment & Immigration with policy development projects. Anne has been involved in employment and career issues since the early 1980s (including 5 years with the Saskatchewan government), and has worked with the Group since 1991. She has obtained a Master of Public Administration from Queen’s University.
