Roberta Neault, Facilitator

Dr. Roberta Neault is President of B.C.-based Life Strategies Ltd., and an award-winning career management specialist with over three decades of relevant experience in counselling, coaching, consulting, training, curriculum design, research, and writing.

She is the recipient of the BC Career Development Association's Mentor of the Year Award, the National Employment Counseling Association's Professional Development Award, the Canadian Career Development Foundation's prestigious Stu Conger Award for Leadership in Career Counselling and Career Development in Canada, the Gold Medal, and the Diamond Pin for Leadership in Career Development. Roberta currently serves on the executive of the Career Development Chapter of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and recently completed her term as editor of the Journal of Employment Counseling.
